We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Growth Manager to lead and scale our online sales channels, leveraging social media, CRM, Shopify, and product marketing to drive exponential growth.
Role Overview:
As our E-commerce Growth Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) business. You’ll work across multiple channels to ensure seamless integration between our social media campaigns, CRM strategy, Shopify store, and product launches. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves analyzing data, and enjoys scaling e-commerce businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing
• Develop and execute paid and organic campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to drive traffic and engagement.
• Collaborate with influencers and creators to promote brand awareness and product launches.
• Plan and brief content for designers and video editors to align with campaign goals.
CRM and Lifecycle Marketing
• Build and optimize email and SMS flows (e.g., welcome, abandoned cart, win-back) using tools like Klaviyo.
• Use customer segmentation to create personalized campaigns and improve retention.
• Track and analyze CRM performance, making adjustments to maximize engagement and ROI.
Shopify Store Optimization
• Oversee the performance of our Shopify store, ensuring smooth functionality and conversion rate optimization.
• Manage Shopify apps to implement upselling, loyalty programs, and cart recovery.
• Analyze store performance data and recommend actionable improvements.
Product Marketing and Launches
• Plan and execute product launches, coordinating campaigns across social media, CRM, and Shopify.
• Ensure consistent messaging and positioning of products across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless logistics for product rollouts.
Analytics and Strategy
• Monitor performance metrics across all channels, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Use Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and CRM tools to inform decision-making.
• Develop forecasts, set budgets, and create actionable plans to achieve growth targets.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth roles, ideally in D2C brands.
• Proven track record in scaling Shopify stores and using tools like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube marketing strategies.
• Experience managing CRM campaigns, including segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with product launches and their impact on e-commerce sales.
• Bonus: Experience with health, wellness, or fitness brands.
