Manager of Marketing Operations

TechnoMile is looking to hire a Manager of Marketing Operations. In this role, you'll support and efficiently operate our marketing technology systems, ensure our marketing automation tool has a clean data structure, maintain related integrations, and improve the overall lead flow routing process.
You will be working with a talented, goal-oriented marketing team who values collaborative communication and works closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management.

The day-to-day:
Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads and opportunities. Build and maintain smart lists and segmentation to support the needs of the Marketing and Sales team Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management Support the Marketing team with data uploads, campaign analysis, and general reporting Assist with the execution of nurture programs in collaboration with the demand generation team Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing automation platform Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements Manage integrations between marketing automation and other key systems including Salesforce Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize Marketing team performance Deploy, track, and report on all types of marketing campaigns – nurture, webinar, event, and content Continuously improve data intake workflows, including list cleaning, uploads, and overall marketing database hygiene Work to minimize tech debt through constant process improvementWho you are:
Ideally you will have a degree in marketing, business, or related business field (or equivalent experience) Experience in a marketing, growth, or acquisition role, preferably in a B2B software organization Experience with a marketing automation platform (Pardot, Marketo, and/or Hubspot) Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics 365) Ability to efficiently translate technical solutions from business requirements High attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently General knowledge of email and database compliance and knowledge of CAN-SPAM & GDPR regulationsWho we are:
