About the position:
This job posting is for
FICO Blaze Developer
for a mid-Senior level position at client end. The position is for Hybrid, Hyderabad location and we would prefer candidates who are flexible to work.
Responsibilities:
Implement and configure FICO Blaze rules management system to automate business decisions.Develop and maintain business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into FICO solutions.Integrate FICO solutions with existing systems and applications.Conduct performance tuning and optimization of FICO rules to ensure efficient execution.Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in FICO technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience working with FICO Blaze, BRMS, and BRE.Proficiency in configuring and implementing FICO Blaze rules.Strong understanding of business rules management concepts and methodologies.Experience with integrating FICO solutions with enterprise systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Certification in FICO Blaze Advisor is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other FICO products such as Decision Management Suite (DMS) or Decision Model and Notation (DMN).Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
