About the Role:

We are on the hunt for an AGM-Manufacturing Engineering to be part of our team and fuel our next phase of growth.

A senior leadership position reporting to VP-Operations. This leadership role is critical in driving operational excellence, enhancing product quality, and supporting new product development and automation initiatives.

Role Overview:

  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes within the forging industry in specific and manufacturing as general.
  • Effective & Efficient Implementation of process control methods and conduct root cause analyses for recurring issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality and Design & Development to support manufacturing excellence and product innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all manufacturing areas and other productivity-enhancing methodologies.
  • Develop operational techniques for reduction in cycle time & identification of improvement opportunities in ongoing processes.
  • Working knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, and PFMEA processes is required.

  • 20+ years of experience in Manufacturing Sector.
  • Strong grip on manufacturing processes, AutoCad & Control Methods.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead teams
