Designation: SalesTrainer
Location: Mumbai
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Conductskills gap analyses to identify areas ofimprovement.
  • Design training curriculum withintime and budget limitations.
  • Create and curatetraining material.
  • Induct new salespeople intothe process.
  • Coordinate individual and teamperformance review sessions to discuss strengths andweaknesses.
  • Monitor sales objectives andresults.
  • Driveconversion.
  • Coach team members to handlerebuttals effectively.
  • Observe sales encountersand collect feedback results and performance data of trainees aftersessions.
  • Report on the impact of trainingprograms (e.g. sales achieved).
  • Maintainupdated records of training material andcurriculum.

KeyRequirements:
  • Provenwork experience as a Sales Trainer or similarrole.
  • Experience in a sales position in asimilar domain.
  • Bachelor sdegree.
  • At least 5 years of experience as asales coach training specialist or a similarposition.
  • Possession of certifications intraining would be anadvantage.

KeySkills:
  • Manage thefull training cycle including inperson activities and webbasedlearning.
  • Excellent organizational skillscommunication and presentationabilities.
  • Ability to measure performanceexperience with building and developingteams.
