Job Title:Procurement Executive – Supply Chain ManagementExperience Required:2 – 4 YearsLocation:Bangalore, Chennai, CoimbatoreJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated Procurement Executive to handle end-to-end procurement activities for sheet metal parts, drawings, and other engineering materials. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in supply chain management, vendor coordination, and technical understanding of engineering drawings.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement of sheet metal components, fabricated parts, and engineering materials as per project requirements.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials) and technical specifications to ensure accurate sourcing.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
  • Ensure timely procurement to support production and project timelines.
  • Maintain strong coordination with design, production, and quality teams for technical clarifications.
  • Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement reports, supplier databases, and cost analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes & supply chain management.
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing sheet metal parts and fabricated components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings / engineering specifications.
  • Proficiency in SAP MM / ERP systems (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Educational Qualification:B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
