JOB DETAILS


1.Initiates contact with vendors to check on availability and lead times for products
2.Coordinates shipping, resolving potential shipping/receiving issues such as damages or missing items.
3.Monitors logistics requisitions and handling adjustments with vendors
4.Manages and maintains Logistics reports for specified division(s)
5.Liaison with accounting department to reconcile Vendor invoices and purchase orders
6.Review and manage purchase orders timing, follow-up and tracking
7.Review and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies on an escalated basis
8.Handle cases - Damaged, Missing, Incorrect
9.Oversee warranty claims
10.Communicate professionally and courteously directly with suppliers in relation to order processing as required to resolve issues and receive order acknowledgements
