We are hiring an experienced
Associate Director – Procurement
to lead strategic procurement, sourcing, and logistics operations for a global organization. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving
procurement transformation, vendor excellence, and cost optimization
, while managing senior cross-functional stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    end-to-end procurement operations
    , with a strong focus on
    strategic sourcing and indirect procurement
    .
  • Oversee
    global shipping & logistics operations
    including import/export, shipment execution, and documentation.
  • Manage the
    vendor lifecycle
    – onboarding, evaluation, performance monitoring, and supplier relationship management.
  • Drive
    digital transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement
    to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with
    global stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
    to align procurement strategy with business objectives.
  • Ensure effective use of
    SAP MM
    for purchase orders, contracts, billing, and compliance.
  • Lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience
    in procurement & logistics, with at least
    5 years in a leadership role
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    indirect procurement, vendor management, and supplier performance improvement
    .
  • Proven experience in
    global logistics, import/export operations, and managing international suppliers
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    SAP MM module
    .
  • Strong
    project management
    background with a proven track record of leading
    digital transformation initiatives
    .
  • Excellent
    stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
    .
  • Industry experience in
    FMCG, Food & Agribusiness, or Manufacturing
    preferred.
