Required Skills
10 years of ServiceNow Experience
Demonstrated experience in:
Service Portfolio Management (SPM)
IT Service Management (ITSM) Agent Workspace
Any integrations using REST and SOAP in ServiceNow
Strong JavaScript use inside ServiceNow
Good knowledge of ServiceNow reporting
Great communication written and verbal and very positive team player
Nice to haves
Implement Alignment Workspace
Implement Virtual Agent
Build integration SLACK to Virtual Agent
Experience with web technologies JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL. Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Collect requirements from business stakeholders (Managers, Service Desk, and others)
Recommendations around best practices
Participate as part of a client lead agile team
