Key Skills :
- ServiceNow ITSM + HRSD & ServiceNow ITOM Service.

- Development experience specific to implementation of the ITSM module in ServiceNow Minimum 4 years of experience in ITSM, HRSDAt least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow.
- Recent experience in senior development lead role.

- Responsible for ServiceNow platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
- Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
- Participation in the full software development life cycle : Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production Experience with relational database systems and MS SQL querie
Job Description :
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in implementing and customizing the IT Service Management (ITSM) module in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in ITSM, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet our business requirements and drive organizational success.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation and customization of the IT Service Management (ITSM) module in ServiceNow.
- Configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides, and functional requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow platform administration, development, and technical support.
- Customize ServiceNow components including workflows, service catalog, UI, client scripts, business rules, UI actions, and script includes.
- Develop web applications using JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS within the ServiceNow platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using web service technologies such as SOAP, REST, and JSON.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production.
- Perform platform administration tasks such as user management, role-based access control, and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform and integrations.
- Develop and optimize MS SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation in ServiceNow.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4-12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), with hands-on experience in ServiceNow.
- Recent experience in a senior development lead role, providing technical leadership and guidance.
- Strong proficiency in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform administration, development, and documentation.
- Expertise in web development languages such as JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle and best practices in software engineering.
- Experience with relational database systems and MS SQL queries.
