To Find and develop new markets and improving sales.6. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.7. To Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.8. To Train personnel and helping team members develop their skills9. To Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.10. To understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.11. To seek ways of improving the way the business operates12. To keep update of trends and changes in the Industry.
