Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee information. Policy Implementation: Help in enforcing company policies and ensuring employees adhere to organizational guidelines.
