Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Provide feedback and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process. Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Stay updated on recruitment trends and implement innovative hiring strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
