Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Puducherry for a Growth Head. The Growth Head will be responsible for developing and implementing effective market strategies, managing marketing activities, conducting market research, driving sales growth, and managing public relations. The candidate will work closely with different teams to ensure the growth and success of Unacademy's educational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Planning and Market Research
  • Skills in Marketing Management and Public Relations
  • Proven ability to drive Sales growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
