The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader responsible for ensuring the sales performance and growth of our Exclusive Brand Outlets. This role requires a professional who can effectively implement store processes, maintain high visual standards, and motivate a team to achieve ambitious targets.Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales performance and ensure the overall growth of our Exclusive Brand Outlets.- Implement and monitor all store processes and systems to evaluate overall operational performance and improve efficiency.- Uphold and improve the performance of stores by ensuring the team provides the best customer service in line with Hidesign's values.- Maintain proper visual merchandising and ensure the highest visual standards are consistently met within the store.- Train, motivate, and manage the retail team to ensure they perform at their best and achieve all assigned targets.- Conduct proper stock planning and analysis to ensure the right products are available at the right time and place.- Coordinate with the head office to resolve issues and secure the necessary support for smooth store operations.- Participate in marketing and brand promotion events to ensure their success and enhance brand visibility.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry.- A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a degree in Retail/Fashion Management.- Strong logical, analytical, and numerical skills.- Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills.- Proven team management skills.- A sound knowledge of IT systems and applications relevant to retail operations.
