Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer at Webuild Developers. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to civil engineering design and planning. This includes managing civil construction projects, overseeing stormwater management, and ensuring the smooth execution of civil engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage civil construction projects from start to finishCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholdersConduct site visits and inspectionsPrepare and review engineering drawings and specificationsInspect the progress of site activitiesSupervise and instruct the team as well as Civil subcontractors.Maintain accurate employee attendanceEvaluating the performance of Site workersRegular checking of workplace requirements and ensuring equipment are in proper working conditionInterpret project plans and work designsReview daily works and suggest improvementsAnalyze work schedules and plans to make sure the project projects meet design, safety, and budget specificationsAttending on-site meetings and events.

QualificationsCivil Engineering Design and Planning skillsExperience in managing civil construction projectsKnowledge of stormwater management and regulatory complianceStrong technical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamBachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus
