Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer at Webuild Developers. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to civil engineering design and planning. This includes managing civil construction projects, overseeing stormwater management, and ensuring the smooth execution of civil engineering tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage civil construction projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits and inspections
  • Prepare and review engineering drawings and specifications
  • Inspect the progress of site activities
  • Supervise and instruct the team as well as Civil subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate employee attendance
  • Evaluating the performance of Site workers
  • Regular checking of workplace requirements and ensuring equipment are in proper working condition
  • Interpret project plans and work designs
  • Review daily works and suggest improvements
  • Analyze work schedules and plans to make sure the project projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
  • Attending on-site meetings and events.



Qualifications

  • Civil Engineering Design and Planning skills
  • Experience in managing civil construction projects
  • Knowledge of stormwater management and regulatory compliance
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus
