Position Overview :


Extensive work experience working in a large corporation, and having worked closely with internal Legal Counsel, the line HR organization, and management in connection with Employee Relations (ER) matters.

The ER Head position will require the person to be involved in ER policy formulation, Employee Relations, Anti-Sexual Harassment, Disciplinary Procedures and actions.

The successful candidate will lead a team focused on Oracle’s commitment to compliance and integrity and maintain a high ethical standard for both employee treatment and business operations. The position will focus on resolving ER concerns in the workplace equitably and participate in maintaining a work environment that provides fair and consistent treatment to all employees in adherence with the Company's policies.

Responsibilities:

Conduct high quality work place investigations and work with a wide range of parties to evaluate situations and determine necessary steps to be taken. Partner with others in the Company to ensure timely, effective, and efficient resolution of ER issues. Maintain expert knowledge of the Company's HR policies and procedures, Indian employment laws and regulations. Work on projects to evaluate, analyze and improve Company ER practices and outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

Post Graduate, with 15+ years of experience performing duties similar to those outlined above.

Honest and ethical with high levels of integrity and confidentiality

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Experience partnering with legal resources to resolve complex and sensitive ER issues.

Strong interpersonal skills, especially listening and problem solving.
