Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Growth Marketing to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy and enhancing our market presence in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth marketing, with hands-on experience using tools like Smartlead or Clay.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies tailored to the US market.
  • Identify and target key market segments to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize data analytics to track and optimize marketing performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage tools like Smartlead and Clay to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Implement innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Coordinate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to the executive team.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Allocate resources to various marketing channels based on performance data.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on the US market.
  • Proven experience using marketing automation tools such as Smartlead or Clay.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work from 6am to 3pm Pacific Time Zone Monday to Friday.
