Position Overview: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for expanding our affiliate network by engaging with gynecologists and other medical professionals in nursing homes. This role involves conducting in-person visits to explain the Kaushalya Genius Kid Program and encourage participation as affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and visit nursing homes to establish connections with gynecologists and relevant medical staff.
  • Present and explain the Kaushalya Genius Kid Program's concept, benefits, and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals to foster affiliate partnerships.
  • Organize and conduct presentations, workshops, or seminars to promote the program.
  • Gather feedback from potential affiliates to refine marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials tailored for the medical community.
  • Maintain records of visits, communications, and partnership statuses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (not compulsory)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to travel extensively for in-person visits.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly maternity and child development, is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in field marketing or sales is preferred.
