PAD Integrated Marketing and Communications | Head of Digital Marketing

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Digital Head to lead and oversee all digital marketing and communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital strategy, campaign management, and team leadership, driving the agency's digital growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives and business goals.
- Lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, and analysts, ensuring seamless execution of digital campaigns across all platforms.
- Oversee performance marketing, SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing initiatives.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all digital projects.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and media, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Manage digital budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
- Lead new business pitches and contribute to the agency’s growth through digital expertise.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Minimum 4 years of exp. in agency is preferred.
- Strong expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
- Experience managing large-scale digital campaigns for diverse clients.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Location - Hyderabad.
