About the Role
You'll be a crucial bridge between patients seeking relief from spine-related conditions and our expert medical team. This role combines healthcare consultancy with relationship-driven sales, focusing on transforming lives through QI Spine's innovative treatment approaches.
Core Responsibilities:
Patient Care & Consultation
- Conduct comprehensive tele-consultations to understand patient conditions, concerns, and treatment goals- Provide empathetic guidance through the treatment journey, building trust and confidence- Facilitate informed decision-making by clearly explaining treatment options and their benefits
Sales Excellence & Relationship Management
- Drive the end-to-end patient conversion process from initial consultation to treatment commencement- Maintain detailed patient interaction records in our CRM system- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with patients through consistent follow-up- Meet monthly conversion targets while maintaining highest ethical standards- Coordinate seamlessly with medical teams to ensure smooth patient experience
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Professional Competencies
- Proven track record in healthcare sales or patient care coordination (2+ years preferred)- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Regional language- Strong understanding of healthcare customer psychology- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
