Manage P&L of the Data , AI and Automation practice.Lead the Data , AI and Automation team and accountable for the functioning of the entire team comprising of Architects, Technical Leads and Engineers.One who thrives to create an excellent engineering team and keeping high-level of credibility.Define and execute organization vision to be a leader in the Data, AI and Automation space.Define the practice team KPIs and objectives that align with organizational objectivesEfficient and effective allocation of practice personnel within the various engagementsEffective management of a high performing Data, AI and Automation team. Deliver solutions that align with the long-term AI ML strategyDesign, architect and implement next-generation Data & AI ML solutions and architectures. Adherence with best practices and principles for the solutions delivered.Own and lead initiatives to define, design and implement Data & AI ML solutions which include reference architectures, estimates and costingProvide technical leadership, project guidance and business development in various Data & AI ML areaAct as a subject matter expert on Data Science & AI ML best practices , MLOps, LLMOps etcPerform analysis and recommend best practices and emerging concepts in Data AI and Automation areas.Lead and grow a superior Data , AI Automation organization with technical talent resulting in high performing team of consultants with superior technical depth, and outstanding project execution skills.Work with peer engineering teams to collect technical requirements from partners and customers as input to Data, AI and Automation technology roadmapsEnable go to market strategies of sales team with Data & AI and Automation solutions and thought leadership relevant to market demand.Responsible for career planning, development, review and appraisals of the practiceRepresent company in industry events, forums and negotiations related to Data & AI Automation technologies.Nurture alliances and partnerships applicable to ensure success for the Data , AI and automation practice.Guiding and creating practice branding artifacts and plans (case studies, white papers, webinars etc.) that showcase thought leadership

Mandatory Qualifications

Overall 15+ years’ experience working on highly distributed and scalable enterprise applications10+ years’ experience and in depth understanding of Data warehouses, Big data, AI ML, Automation technologies and platformsKnowledge in Generative AI is desirableExperience in projects involving large scale-multi dimensional databases, complex business infrastructure, and cross-functional teams. Successfully launched two to three ML projects.Experience building and delivering complex systems, preferably in eCommerce areas that leverage various machine learning algorithms or technologies.Hands on experience developing and implementing machine learning algorithms (classification, clustering, regression, random forest etc.), using relevant programming languages, and big data tools.Experience in evaluating and making decisions around the use of various algorithms and tools for a project.Extensive experience with advanced ML techniques (neural networks, deep learning, reinforcement learning, Gen AI)Experience with open-source technologies, ML libraries, and programming languages.Good understanding of various cloud platforms and services it provides in implementing Big Data and AI ML solutions.Good appreciation of CI/CD process, tools and able to guide the team in decision making related to CI/CD strategiesExperienced with Agile development management tool (JIRA, Git/Bitbucket, Bamboo)Experience with API and Microservices architecture-based systems development and operationsExcellent Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skillsStrong Solutioning skillsExcellent presentation skillsMust have Presales experience and Enterprise systems integration experienceAbility to visualize and create solutions and accelerators
