Job Title: Senior Operations Manager - Commercial Construction Projects

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 10+ years in operations management within Commercial Construction Projects, Aluminium Doors, Windows, and Façade Systems Companies.

Skills: Leadership, project execution, operational efficiency, and team coordination.

Languages: Fluency in English and Malayalam.

Location: Ernakulam

Preference will be given to Keralites, and other candidates must be willing to relocate to Ernakulam.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of commercial construction projects.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure projects adhere to quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to streamline processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while resolving on-site issues promptly.
  • Optimize resource utilization to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement operational strategies to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
