Role Overview
We are seeking a
highly seasoned international sales leader
with a
minimum of 22 years of professional experience
, out of which
at least 16 years must be in BPO/ITES business development
. The ideal candidate will have spent the last 10+ years or more in
international client acquisition for BPO outsourcing
, securing enterprise clients from
US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and Australia
.
This is a
hands-on, leadership-driven role
where the individual must be capable of
independently generating and closing deals
, while also leveraging support from
US/UK-based sales leaders, Rainmaker partners, digital marketing, and demand-generation teams
.
Key Responsibilities / Targets
- Develop and execute the
international sales strategy
for both
BPO (Radical Minds)
and
Technology/IT services (RMT Engineering)
. - Acquire
new enterprise clients
across
US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and Australia
. - Deliver a
minimum 50% of new business from the US market
; balance from other regions. - Own the
end-to-end sales cycle
: prospecting, presentations, proposals, commercials, and closure. - Work in close coordination with the
Vice President – Sales based out of the US
, leveraging him for
local client meetings and relationship building
, while leading strategy, client engagement, and closures from India. - Travel internationally when required for
strategic pursuits, closures, or client summits
; leverage founders and senior CXOs (CBO, COO, CTO, CSO) for high-stakes closings.
Revenue Accountability:
- Independently achieve
$5–7 million ACV
via direct network and sales efforts within 12 months from the date of joining (Year 1). - With structured support (Rainmakers, digital marketing, demand-gen), scale to
$12–15 million ACV in Year 1
. - Represent Radical Minds & RMT Engineering at
international forums and leadership events
.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 22+ years of total experience
, with
minimum 16 years in BPO/ITES business development
. - At least
10+ years of proven success in acquiring international BPO clients
(not domestic-only). - Strong CXO-level connects across
US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and Australia
. - Track record of
closing large enterprise outsourcing contracts
with measurable revenue impact. - Excellent
Excel and PowerPoint skills
– must be able to prepare detailed presentations and financial models independently. - Self-starter, disciplined, independent closer
– able to run the show end-to-end, while collaborating with US-based VP Sales and global CXOs for support as needed. - Valid
US visa
will be a significant advantage. - A leader who thrives in a
structured, disciplined environment
, prefers starting the day early at the office, and drives performance through consistency and high energy. - Entrepreneurial mindset – open to
profit sharing / equity participation
for a long-term association.
