This is an entry-level role focused on learning project management practices, shop-floor execution, and coordination with internal teams and vendors. Key Responsibilities-Project Execution SupportAssist in planning and execution of mechanical projects Support senior engineers in tracking project schedules and milestones Prepare basic project reports and documentation Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day project activities Manufacturing & Shop-Floor SupportAssist in supervising manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly activities Ensure drawings and specifications are followed during production Support machine assembly, testing, and trial runs Help in identifying and resolving basic shop-floor issues Design & DocumentationUnderstand and interpret mechanical drawings and BOMs Assist in minor design changes as guided by senior engineers Maintain project documentation, checklists, and records Vendor & Material CoordinationSupport follow-up with vendors for bought-out items Assist in material receipt checks and documentation Coordinate internally for material availability Quality & SafetyAssist in ensuring quality standards during manufacturing Follow safety guidelines on the shop floor Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes Ability to read mechanical drawings Willingness to work on shop floor and project sites Good communication and coordination skills Eagerness to learn and take responsibility Preferred SkillsBasic knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo Exposure to internships or academic projects in manufacturing Interest in automation, robotics, or special purpose machines
