Core Technologies: SAFe, SCRUM, Agile Framework, Kanban Methodology


Mandatory Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of Agile tools such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, and DevOps
  • Extensive experience working in a SAFe context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Optional Skills:

  • Ability to manage complex challenges and coach problem-solving to significantly improve processes and systems
  • Expertise in change management to implement solutions effectively, even in resistant areas
  • Ensure continuous learning and improvement in Agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) while securing necessary training


Role Description:

As a Senior Agile Coach, you will leverage your deep understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and events to drive continuous improvement and scalability of Agile practices across the organization. Your role will include:

  • Facilitation and Team Dynamics: Use expert facilitation skills to enhance team dynamics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Organizational Agility: Apply your experience in organizational agility to support and scale Agile methods, tools, and processes.
  • Distributed Teams: Manage and coach distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Kanban Methodology: Set up and train teams in Kanban methodology, including operational management.
  • Training and Certification: Preferred certification in Kanban and SAFe/Agile/Scrum, with the ability to deliver courses from introductory to advanced levels.
  • Agile Mindset and Culture: Train and model Agile mindset, values, and methodologies throughout the organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Coach and mentor Agile roles, teams, and ARTs across the global organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing evaluation and implementation of Agile practices, participating actively in the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).
  • Leadership Influence: Guide and advise leadership to inspire continuous improvement and support transformational change.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct trainings and workshops to enhance Agile knowledge and practices.
  • Coach Agile teams, ARTs, and stakeholders to adapt and optimize Agile practices.
  • Drive and support the Agile mindset and culture across the organization.
  • Identify and mobilize Communities of Practice.
  • Evaluate and implement changes to Agile practices, tools, and processes.
  • Participate in the LACE to evolve Agile methodologies.
  • Escalate issues and raise concerns as necessary to ensure progress.
  • Inspire and influence the organization towards a more efficient operating model.
