About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Scrum Master to join our growing Agile team. You will play a pivotal role in coaching and guiding our development teams to achieve optimal performance through the Scrum framework.

With 12+ years of experience, you will champion Agile principles, remove roadblocks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.

Responsibilities :

- Coach and mentor development teams on the Scrum framework, principles, and best practices.

- Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.


- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and streamline workflow.

- Champion Agile values and principles within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Manage the Scrum backlog, prioritize user stories, and maintain a clear product vision.

- Track team performance metrics and report on project progress to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with DevOps engineers to ensure smooth integration between development and operations.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Agile trends and methodologies.

- Mentor and guide junior Scrum Masters.

Experience and Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and coaching cross-functional Agile teams.

- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, values, and ceremonies.

- Extensive experience in facilitating effective meetings and workshops.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to influence, motivate, and build trust with team members at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.

- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or CSP are a plus.
