Revenue Sharing Structure:
- Bring your own clients? (Required for the first 3 months before getting the opportunity to work on other requirements)
- → You earn 75%, Olibr keeps 25%
- Work on jobs posted by other recruiters?
- → You earn 35%, job owner earns 40%
