We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Project Delivery Head to lead the next evolution of our Recruitment Management Software. This is a consultant role for a strategic leader with hands-on technical expertise and a proven track record in recruitment tech or job portal platforms. You will work independently with your own team to enhance, scale, and integrate AI capabilities into our existing system.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of recruitment software enhancement projects- Architect and implement AI-driven modules (e.g., resume parsing, candidate matching, predictive analytics)- Overhaul and optimize existing PHP/MySQL-based infrastructure for scalability and performance- Collaborate with internal stakeholders/ functional heads to define product roadmap and delivery milestones- Manage a self-contained team of developers, testers, and AI specialists- Ensure robust documentation, version control, and deployment practices- Evaluate and integrate NoSQL solutions where applicable (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch)Required Qualifications- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and project delivery- Strong command over PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related frameworks- Prior experience with recruitment software or job portal platforms is mandatory- Proven ability to lead independent teams and deliver complex projects on time- Exposure to AI/ML integration in SaaS or enterprise platforms- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) is a plus- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsPreferred Traits- Strategic thinker with a product mindset- Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments- Ability to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions- Passion for innovation in HRTech and recruitment automation
