We are looking for Production Manager who will work for the Oldest Yoga Institute in the world.

Responsibilities:

 

·        Organize the relevant equipment, supplies and staff required for production

 

·        Maintain inventory of the equipment, cameras, lenses, batteries, SD cards, Hard drives and any other such production related requirements

 

·        Research, compare prices, optimize costs and raise purchase requisition for production related items and equipment

 

·        Determine the best and most efficient uses of available resources such as equipment, labour to meet production goals

 

·        Assign Job duties, determine the equipment and supplies required and build production schedule

 

·        Keep a close eye on the people involved in production to ensure adequate staffing

 

·        Prioritizing and knowing what requires immediate attention and finding quick solutions to enable the smooth running of a production, adapting to a fast-paced, changing environment

 

·        Maintain inventory and Stock reports of the production items

 

Skills Required:

 

·        Should be well informed of new technologies and advancements and identify the most efficient and cost-effective ways of working.

·        Should have good working knowledge of Word and Excel

·        Should have excellent Interpersonal relations.

·        Should be approachable and good at managing people, looking after the welfare of people working on the production

·        Should have the knowledge of Film Making / Shooting a Video and understand the process and need of each department

·        Should be good in Budgeting, keeping records of the spends

·        Should have good communication skills and be a team player

 

Working hours - Monday to Saturday, (08:00 AM to 08:00 PM)

 

Work Location -On-site Job - Mumbai (Santacruz-East, Close to railway station)

 

Salary : based on experience

 

Probationary Period : 3 months

Salary Range – 30k to 35k

Food Policy- Yoga Institute is an Ashram that promotes Satvik and holy living to all. You cannot order food from outside while you are at the institute. Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the Institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates serving with them however if the associate wishes to carry his/her own lunch box, it has to be a vegetarian food. STRICTLY NO NON-VEG food will be allowed during working hours.
