Position Summary: Join our interdisciplinary team as a Senior Adobe Target Specialist, where you'll collaborate with marketing/media experts, statisticians/analysts, customer journey architects, application developers, and IT infrastructure professionals. Your role will focus on the technical implementation of global marketing automation and e-CRM projects using Adobe Target. You'll also be responsible for building customer journey and automation programs, and developing templates and best practices tailored for different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical implementation of global marketing automation and e-CRM projects using Adobe Target.
  • Design, build, and optimize customer journey and automation programs.
  • Develop templates and best practices to be used across various markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of test setups.
  • Utilize JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to implement front-end adaptations required for A/B testing activities.
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics to create ad hoc workspaces and monitor experiment performance.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Formal education is flexible; what matters most is your expertise and understanding of your craft.

Work Experience:

  • 4+ years of professional experience working with Adobe Target.

Technical / Professional Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Target, with the ability to understand test requirements, set up activities, and perform Quality Assurance.
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills to implement front-end changes for A/B testing.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics for monitoring and analyzing experiment performance.

  • Excellent communication skills.
