Position Summary: Join our interdisciplinary team as a Senior Adobe Target Specialist, where you'll collaborate with marketing/media experts, statisticians/analysts, customer journey architects, application developers, and IT infrastructure professionals. Your role will focus on the technical implementation of global marketing automation and e-CRM projects using Adobe Target. You'll also be responsible for building customer journey and automation programs, and developing templates and best practices tailored for different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical implementation of global marketing automation and e-CRM projects using Adobe Target.
- Design, build, and optimize customer journey and automation programs.
- Develop templates and best practices to be used across various markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct Quality Assurance to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of test setups.
- Utilize JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to implement front-end adaptations required for A/B testing activities.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics to create ad hoc workspaces and monitor experiment performance.

Education and Qualifications:

- Formal education is flexible; what matters most is your expertise and understanding of your craft.

Work Experience:

- 4+ years of professional experience working with Adobe Target.

Technical / Professional Skills:

- Proficient in Adobe Target, with the ability to understand test requirements, set up activities, and perform Quality Assurance.
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills to implement front-end changes for A/B testing.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics for monitoring and analyzing experiment performance.

Other Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in German or English.
