We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Lead who will be responsible for leading a team focused on Sales. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Team Leader
  • Experience of involvement in driving the team of Revenue function
  • Experience of Call centre
  • Should know Kanada Language

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team to meet and exceed Sales Targets
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.
  • Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and customer needs
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and metrics.
  • Maintain the Conversion Ratios in Sales Matrix i.e. Lead to Deal and Deal to Won Agent wise etc.
  • Maintain Agent Wise revenue Pipeline.
