Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal sales Head at Fixderma based in Hyderabad/Bangalore or Chennai The ZSM will be responsible for overseeing sales operations of Southern India , developing and implementing sales strategies, building and managing relationships with key clients, achieving sales targets, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. This role requires extensive travel within the assigned region and collaboration with the sales team to drive business growth. Planning Marketing strategies, handling new launches, analyzing sales data & forecasting sales, Designing of brand presentation & promotions, Handling regulatory processes. Communications with cross functional teams & ensuring successful launch.


Required Candidate profile

Experienced Sales professional in Cosmetics/FMCG with excellent communication skills, who can strategise and plan using competitive intelligence skills in front of clients & good at handling Teams.


Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing experience in the skincare or cosmeceutical or pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated experience in building and managing client relationships
  • Sales expereince of the Cosmetics/FMCG market and industry trends is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • B Pharm or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the beauty industry or familiarity with dermatology is a plus
