We are seeking a talented individual to join our Metrics Reporting and Analytics team at Mercer. This role will be based in Gurgaon / Mumbai / Pune / Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. This role requires a proactive individual who can bring innovative viewpoints to the table and work effectively under demanding scenarios.

We will count on you to:

- Provide solutions to reporting requirements and translate data into insights- Capture all process related updates and exceptions. Share report on timely basis- Conduct In-depth analysis of large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies- Utilize Statistical techniques and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency- Design, develop, automate reports and dashboards to provide timely and actionable insights to stakeholders- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures- Implement data quality standards and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity- Good skills in creating attractive dashboards using Excel, Power Point, etc.- SPOC for any process related updates and queries

What you need to have:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Science, Technology, or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience- Proficiency in Qlik dashboard creation and data visualization techniques- Knowledge of Health / Wealth / Career domain is preferred- Good Interpretation and decision-making skills- Strong command on MS office applications (Word, PowerPoint)- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (must)- VBA, Python, JavaScript / Office Script knowledge will be an added advantage- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Advanced Logical, Data Analytical & Data Mining skills- Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills, attention to details
