WHAT WE NEED:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, traffic and conversions.


WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing background.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and communicate campaign insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads.
  • SEM experience in managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across Google well-versed in performance marketing, creative campaigns, conversion and online customer acquisition.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze and optimize conversion funnels to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Schedule ad content, monitor engagement and respond to enquiries on social media platforms through Meta and/or Google ads.
  • Work closely with the sales and e-commerce team to align performance marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Implement advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies to reach potential buyers and customers.
  • Conduct extensive keyword research for Google ads to identify high-performing keywords.
  • Continuously optimize ad copies and keywords to improve Quality Scores and ad rankings.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Understand different user personas, positioning, brand tonality, brand philosophy, current digital strategy, channel wise strategy formats in use and define the creative strategic approach.
  • Create Monthly performance reports.
  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, ad creation and targeting.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize campaigns for search engine advertising (e.g, Google Ads).
  • Create compelling ad copy, imagery, and video content tailored to specific digital platforms and target audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as click-through and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities for audience segmentation and personalized advertising to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, analytics) to align digital advertising efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and platform updates to drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital advertising strategies.
