The company has partnered with top banks & and NBFCs to offer the best loan solutions to its clients.
Role & Responsibilities
Working on the leads provided by VRM and meeting the Channel partners directly.
Explaining the association benefits and USPs to channel partners,
Achieving the Loan Disbursement sales target through the pool of Channel Partners.
Collect the documents and activate credit on file assessment.
Sending regular marketing feedback based on -payout / Product and policy.
Processing the file to the login stage by collecting the complete list of documents from clients.
Be the Interface between the client and the operations team from sourcing to sanction of the Lead.
Ensure agreement signing post sanction of loan and resolve queries of customers.
Maintaining a record of all the loan sanction letter copies.
Resolving payout-related issues and providing updates to Channel Partners of the same.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years of experience
Good Communication skills ( Mandatory: English & Tamil). Hindi is an additional plus.
Prior experience in the banking or financial services (Loans) industry is a must.
Good Experience in Zoom Meetings, Google skills, and adaptability to CRMs.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Masters / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Familiarity with local markets and regulations is a plus.
