Job Description·Ensure preparation of the Organization for Regulatory Inspections in terms of organizing and sanitizing RBI data requirements·Handling

RBI Compliances & RBI Inspections

independently·Preparation of Board notes/Audit/other sub-committee·Provide inputs for Preparation of Policies for the organization in line with Regulatory requirements·Develop, maintain, and administer all aspects of the

NBFC's compliance

program adequate to ensure adherence to applicable RBI laws and regulations for NFBCs – ND-SI / Mid-layer·Preparing Notes to update management / Board on any regulatory changes whether by MCA/RBI/SEBI/NSE/BSE etc impacting the Company.·Engaging with the Auditors (Internal Audit / statutory Auditors etc.) in resolving queries.·Reviewing, Drafting of RBI Ombudsman matters as & when required·Assess and prioritize risk and compliance issues, review, implement, and manage compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring throughout the organization to ensure that the compliance program is effective and be efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting non-compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements·Development and oversight of compliance training program·Stay ahead of regulatory and legal developments governing regulatory compliance·Maintenance and updation of Compliance Policy, Manual, compliance risk register and ensure implementationsAddress other Nodal Officer/HOD/Department concerns or questions on complianceProvide compliance advice for references made by the front / back office and other support functions (on rules & regulations).Ensure dissemination of compliance related information and publication to the relevant staff / departments.Prepare and submit compliance reports to the CCO, senior management, board of directors, and regulatory authorities, as requiredCollaborate with the risk management team to identify and manage compliance risksCompliance Monitoring/testingReview of new Product and Processes from Compliance angle and work with CCO so as to advise business units to ensure there is no violation of RBI guidelinesCarrying out compliance risk assessment of all departments/ units and advise change in process.
