Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Managing Consultant to lead and manage our Oracle HCM implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle HCM Cloud applications, proven project management skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role involves both technical leadership and hands-on implementation responsibilities.


Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM & ERP Cloud implementations.
  • At least 10/12 end-to-end Oracle implementation experience.
  • Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Services (OIC) and REST-based APIs.
  • Knowledge in PaaS Extensions (VBCS, PCS, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of data and delivered integrations/ reports using HCM extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
  • Done data migrations using HDL (HCM data loader) also understanding of the other tools like HSDL.
  • Lead 5 to 10-member teams and has done project delivery and planning.
  • Manage project risks in terms of resources, timelines, and quality.
  • Encouraging and motivating the team to focus on delivery, boost their energy with moral support, and demonstrate work together culture.
  • Work with leadership in RFPs in document analysis, planning, technical estimation, and resource planning.
  • Build tools and accelerators to improve efficiency in delivery e.g. Reusable code, conversion accelerator, etc.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in human resources. Profound knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
