Role Description

We are looking for an Online Reputation Management Consultant who will be responsible for addressing customer feedback to mitigate negative reviews, will ensure a positive reputation and maintain trust with our audience. 


Roles and responsibilities

● Develop and implement comprehensive ORM strategies and tactics to improve and maintain online reputations for the company and clients.

● Monitor online mentions, reviews, and feedback across various platforms, including social media, review sites, forums, and news articles.

● Respond to online feedback, comments, and reviews in a timely and appropriate manner, addressing both positive and negative feedback.

● Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and senior management, to address customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction.

● Identify and address potential reputation risks and crisis situations proactively.

● Utilise ORM tools and software to monitor and analyze online sentiment and trends.

● Generate reports on ORM performance and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

● Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and developments in ORM and online reputation management.


Required skills and qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

● 2-3 years of experience in Online Reputation Management, digital marketing, or related field.

● Proven track record of successfully managing online reputations and implementing ORM strategies.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, review sites, and online forums.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional and persuasive responses.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
