Job Description of Supervisor

1) Undertake pre treatment survey after the contract is finalized.

2) Scheduling and planning the services by self or thru the Back office.

3) Mobilizing Material and managing the consumable material efficiently

4) Coordinating with the Customers for timely and effective service deliveries.

5) Timely completion of scheduled services.

6) Collect inspection reports and make pretreatment inspections

7) Mobilize the right equipment and chemicals

8) The Chemical Indents for the coming month shall be placed on 15th Of the running month.

9) Form proper Teams of technicians

10) Brief technicians on Mode of treatment or any important aspect of the service delivery

11) Supervise the services depending on the importance of client and the criticality of services

12) Efforts shall be made to achieve maximum 2% Complaints against the total number of jobs delivered during the month.

13) Attend to customer complaints within 16 working hours

14) Achieve technician productivity as per the company policy.

15) To attend the complaints & logically conclude them.

16) Educate the clients on dos and don'ts.

17) Undertake IPM audits at customers valuing more than INR 50,000 per annum

18) Manage the leave Of Service Technicians

19) To Prevent spill over of services into the next month and not create a backlog

20) Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of equipment.

21) Shall identify the training needs of the technicians as well as the back office support team.
