**Material Receipt & Storage**:

- Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per SOP.
- Verify materials against invoices, purchase orders, and COA.
- Ensure quarantine, approved, and rejected materials are properly segregated.
- Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity control, pest control, etc.).
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock levels in ERP / SAP.
- Conduct cycle counts and monthly physical stock verification.
- Manage FIFO / FEFO system for all materials.
- Prevent stock discrepancies and report variances immediately.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain records as per cGMP & GDP requirements.
- Ensure proper labeling of materials (quarantine, approved, rejected).
- Prepare GRN, material issue slips, dispatch documents, and stock registers.
- Support internal and external audits (FDA, WHO, GMP, etc.).
- **Material Issuance & Dispatch**:

- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished goods for dispatch.
- Coordinate with QA & QC for release and clearance.
- Handle export documentation (if applicable).
- **Safety & Housekeeping**:

- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, pest control, and fire safety in warehouse.
- Train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety, and GMP practices.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of **GMP / GDP** regulations in pharma industry.
- Familiar with **ERP / SAP / Inventory management software**.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle audits and regulatory inspections.
- Good communication and team management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
