Material Receipt Storage Receive raw materials packaging materials and finished goods as per SOP Verify materials against invoices purchase orders and COA Ensure quarantine approved and rejected materials are properly segregated Maintain proper storage conditions temperature humidity control pest control etc Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock levels in ERP SAP Conduct cycle counts and monthly physical stock verification Manage FIFO FEFO system for all materials Prevent stock discrepancies and report variances immediately Documentation Compliance Maintain records as per cGMP GDP requirements Ensure proper labeling of materials quarantine approved rejected Prepare GRN material issue slips dispatch documents and stock registers Support internal and external audits FDA WHO GMP etc Material Issuance Dispatch Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished goods for dispatch Coordinate with QA QC for release and clearance Handle export documentation if applicable Safety Housekeeping Ensure adherence to EHS Environment Health Safety policies Maintain cleanliness pest control and fire safety in warehouse Train warehouse staff on SOPs safety and GMP practices Key Skills Competencies Knowledge of GMP GDP regulations in pharma industry Familiar with ERP SAP Inventory management software Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to handle audits and regulatory inspections Good communication and team management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
