Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, near-expiry, or overstocked items.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in annual stock audits.
- Oversee receipt and inspection of incoming pharmaceutical materials (API, excipients, packaging).
- Ensure proper documentation (GRNs, invoices, delivery notes).
- Prepare and dispatch finished goods following FEFO/FIFO principles.
- Ensure proper storage conditions (temperature, humidity, segregation) in line with GDP/GMP standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
- Label and store materials as per SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain logs, records, and SOPs accurately and on time.
- Participate in audits (internal/external) and assist in CAPA implementation.
- Follow and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and product contamination.
- Ensure the warehouse is secure and access-controlled.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, QA/QC, and logistics teams.
- Supervise and train junior warehouse staff if applicable.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
