  • Execute daily production activities as per the production plan.
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, and warehouse departments for material and documentation readiness.
  • Monitor shift-wise production targets and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate BMRs, BPRs, logbooks, and other GMP documents.
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory norms.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and implement CAPAs.
  • Supervise production processes for tablets, capsules, liquids, or injectables (based on facility).
  • Identify deviations or non-conformities and escalate to senior management.
  • Support validation and qualification of equipment and processes.
  • Supervise and guide operators and line workers during production shifts.
  • Provide on-the-job training and maintain discipline and safety in the production area.
  • Ensure all team members follow hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Suggest and implement improvements for productivity and yield.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing and 5S activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹280, ₹350,000.00 per year
