Key Deliverables:Conceptualize and drive strategic initiatives across SBU markets for higher growthAssist the SBU Head in evaluating new business opportunities for further implementationCollaborate with Cross Functional Teams (CFT) to drive various projects at SBU levelFormalizing the 5-year plan with consolidation from various SBU marketsIdentify and drive implementation of best practices across SBU for efficiency improvementAnalyze internal and external data to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and growth opportunitiesContribute actively by supporting SBU head in taking business decisions through qualitative inputs & quantitative analysisPrepare business review documents and periodic supporting documentsExplore & evaluate new growth opportunities and anchor related business planning activities
