Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst at Zaptech Solutions in Ahmedabad. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and driving operational efficiency. The role involves close communication with stakeholders and active collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met.
Key Responsibility
Analyze and document business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of business goals with technical solutions.
Communicate insights and plans clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with project managers to ensure projects meet business needs and requirements.
Conduct process improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Business Analysis and Business Process Improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
A certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or a related discipline is a plus.
