Job Role & ResponsibilitiesClient Communication: Engage with US and European clients to understand their business needs and ensure effective collaboration.Requirement Gathering: Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions to understand client needs, pain points, and business objectives. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.Business Understanding: Deeply analyze and understand clients' business operations to identify key areas for improvement.Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough gap analyses to pinpoint discrepancies between current operations and desired business outcomes.Solution Design: Provide tailored solutions using software like ClickUp, Odoo, and Make.com, ensuring alignment with client requirements.Diagram Creation: Develop various diagrams including state diagrams, flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, and other UML diagrams to visually represent business processes and workflows during the initial requirement-gathering phase.SOP Documentation: Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline business processes and ensure consistent operations throughout the team.

Business Analyst
( Freshers are welcome ; good talent has no bar)Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with international clients.Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage and nurture client relationships.Proficiency or willingness to learn business process software such as ClickUp, Odoo, and Make.com.Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience in creating detailed SOPs and implementing business processes from start to finish.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.Basic understanding of APIs, Webhooks, Python (for custom requirements), etc.
