LTIMindtree is looking for Test Managers based out of Hyderabad.


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong foundation in Testing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in test planning, strategy, estimation, execution, and defect management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.
  • Oversee the estimation, execution, and management of testing activities.
  • Lead and manage a team of 30 to 50+ QA professionals.
  • Ensure effective defect management and resolution processes.
  • Drive test automation initiatives, preferably using ServiceNow ATF.
  • Conduct due diligence, resource ramp-up, transition planning, and execution.
  • Implement multilayered governance and lead transformation projects.


Qualifications:

  • 12 to 20 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance and Testing.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in ServiceNow .
  • Extensive experience in test automation, preferably with ServiceNow ATF.
  • Proven experience in leading and driving large QA teams.
  • Strong background in due diligence, resource ramp-up, transition planning, and execution.
  • Experience in implementing multilayered governance and leading transformation projects.
